Description:  Vegetarian Liquid Rennet is used for coagulation (curd setting) in home cheese making. Our liquid rennet is pure chymosin based on the fermentation of vegetable products by aspergillus niger var awamori. It is 200IMCU and suitable for all types of home cheese making

Dosage: The dosage of rennet to be used is dependent on the type of cheese you are making, however as a general rule use 1ml of rennet per 2-4L of milk. The rennet can be added directly to the milk without diluting.

Storage Conditions: Liquid rennet should be stored in the fridge and will last up to 2 years from date of manufacture.
