Description: Vegetarian rennet tablets are used for coagulation (curd setting) in home cheese making. These rennet tablets are produced by microbes, and contain no animal products and NO wheat starch or other gluten products.

Dosage: 10 tablets (each tablet is scored into 4 quarters) can treat up to 400L of milk. The dosage of rennet to be used is dependent on the type of cheese you are making, however as a general rule 1 segment (1/4 tablet) treats up to 10L of milk.

Storage Conditions: These tablets will last for up to five years in the freezer, from the date of manufacture and 2 years at room temperature (below 25 degreees).
