Finish the class with a meal of your freshly made pasta drizzled with your hand-crafted stracciatella.

Tailored for beginners, we’ll make pasta making fun, easy to follow and give you plenty of hands on help to master different pasta shapes and designs with coloured dough. You’ll also learn to make stracciatella which is the perfect addition to any pasta dish!

  • Enjoy a glass of Pinot* on arrival, and we'll take you through the basics of how to make the most delicious egg pasta dough.

    You'll then learn to make stracciatella - the creamy, oozy filling that's famous for being filled inside burrata.

    Then you'll get your hands into the pasta dough, learning how to make different coloured patterns in the dough, and then finally turning the dough into shapes like fettucini, farfalle and more.

    Once complete we will cook your pasta in a brown butter and rosemary sauce for you to enjoy with a drizzle of your freshly made stracciatella.

    This is a course for beginners, which will leave you confident in your own ability to recreate the recipe at home again and try new designs and shapes with these foundations.

FAQs

  • We have not yet found a gluten free flour that can create pasta as delicious and easy to work with as our current recipe.

    We are still testing alternative brands and hope to be able to offer this in the future for our classes

  • We sure do!

    We offer both Pinot Grigio (Italian DOC) and Pinot Noir for this class. You can swap out the Pinot on arrival for a dry Cuvee Brut (Bubbles) if you would prefer. Please make a note in checkout if you would prefer to have the bubbles instead for your class/ticket so that we can ensure that this option is available for you at your class on the day.

    If Pinot or Bubbles isn't your thing, please email us here to request an alternative option.

  • Upon arrival you'll receive a generous glass of your choice of Pinot Grigio or Pinot Noir.

    If you would like to enjoy bottomless wine for the entire 2 hour class, add on the bottomless wine package when adding the tickets to your cart.

    Wine by the glass can also be purchased at the class for $12 per glass.

  • Of course!

    We offer a delightful selection of non-alcoholic beverages including coke zero, kombucha, sprite, lemon lime and bitters, ginger beer, soda/sparkling water, and a non-alcoholic rosé and brut (no more than 0.5% alcohol)

    Please make a note in checkout if you would prefer to have a non-alcoholic option for your class/ticket so that we can ensure that this option is available for you at your class on the day.

  • Our classes include alcohol as part of the experience; however, we also offer plenty of non-alcoholic options that are served bottomless in place of alcohol.

    If you're under 18, you are welcome to attend our classes, but you must be accompanied by someone over 18.

    Equipment and processes in our classes can be dangerous, therefore, we recommend no persons under the age of 10 to attend.
