Our Professional Cheese Cloth is a hygienic and modern version of the traditional cloth fabric (butter muslin). This cheese cloth is ideal for draining curds and lining cheese moulds and is easily cleaned in warm soapy water and can be reused hundreds of times. We recommend facing the shiny, smooth side up as it easily releases the curd making it easier for cleaning afterwards.
