Feta Masterclass FAQs

The masterclass is not live, so you can participate at a time that suits you best. Once you purchase access to the masterclass, you'll gain access to an abundance of information as well as the ability to stream the masterclass in your own time (lifetime access)

Yes, goat's milk can be used for the Feta or Halloumi Masterclass, however it is not possible to use for the Mozzarella, Burrata and Bocconcini Masterclass. Goat's milk has slightly different properties to cows milk, so there will be some minimal adaptions to the recipe along the way.

Where we can, we try to use common kitchen equipment as much as possible, however there will be a few specialty cheese making supplies you'll need additionally. Once you gain access to the masterclass members area, you will be provided with a list of supplies you'll need. They can easily be purchased from us online, or you may be able to find the supplies locally. Buying the individual components works out to be cheaper than getting one of our DIY Cheese Making Kits.

Marly is very specific about the type of milk you'll need to purchase in order to successfully make cheese. Don't worry - we've created a list of tried and tested milk brands readily available in your state (supermarkets, healthfood stores and specialty food stores) that are appropriate for home cheese making.

YES! However - please note the lactose-free milk will also need to be unhomogenised for feta, halloumi and mozzarella, bocconinci and burrata. Made by Cow and Barambah both do a lactose-free, unhomogenised milk perfect for cheese making.
