We’ll start with milk selection (no house cow required), milk treatment, renneting, and finally how to turn the curd into the most delicious halloumi you’ve ever tasted - salted and squeaked to your liking!

    You’ll be presented with expert guidance guaranteed to turn you into a halloumi making pro in 2 hours using common kitchen equipment you’ll have at home already.

    This hands-on cheese making class will have you walking away confident in your own ability make halloumi at home.

Our cheese boards contain a selection of exclusive imported and Australian cheeses served with crackers, fruit paste and dark chocolate bark. Please note some cheeses may be made from unpasteurised milk and contain animal rennet.

  • Absolutely! All our cheeses that we make use pasteurised milk to ensure it's not only delicious but also safe for everyone to enjoy.

  • Yes! All our cheeses that we make in our classes use only vegetarian rennet.

    We do also sell this vegetarian rennet in our online store, which you can find here.

  • We sure do!

    The bubbles we serve is a dry Brut Cuvée. If Bubbles isn't your thing, we can source an alternate alcoholic option for you at request. Please email us to let us know your preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    Please note, an alternate alcoholic option for your class is $10.00pp. This option will also be served as bottomless (in accordance with RSA).

  • Of course! We offer a delightful selection of non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, non-alcoholic wine, and more to complement your cheese-making experience.

    If you would like something specific, let us know in advance and we can do our best to accommodate your preference.

  • Our classes include alcohol as part of the experience; however, we also offer plenty of non-alcoholic options that are served bottomless in place of alcohol.

    If you're under 18, you are welcome to attend our classes, but you must be accompanied by someone over 18.

    Equipment and processes in our classes can be dangerous, therefore, we recommend no persons under the age of 10 to attend.
