At this exciting class, you will be served bottomless wine while learning to make both Ricotta and Gnocchi from scratch. Finish with a sit-down meal of your amazing creations and any leftovers to take home an enjoy again!

We'll take you through a brief history and the theory of making perfect gnocchi, before you get your hands dirty mixing and kneading the delicate dough. While the dough rests, you’ll learn to make your own Ricotta using store-bought milk.

Finally, shape your Gnocchi and then sit back and relax while we cook and serve it to you with a delectable traditional Italian sauce.

This is a cheese making and gnocchi making class for beginners, which will leave you confident in your own ability to whip up gnocchi and ricotta in your own kitchen.

Bring your own containers and take home your extra gnocchi and your hand-crafted ricotta to enjoy!

Yes! We can offer this class for people who are Gluten-Free! We will do our best to ensure there is no contamination with Gluten products, however, we cannot guarantee this class to be suitable for Coeliacs.

  • A comprehensive beginners ricotta and gnocchi making course including both the theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.

Terms & Cancellation Policy:

2. Rescheduling / Rebooking ticket(s)

2.1 Any changes to bookings for classes must be given in writing by email to hello@omnomcheese.com

2.2  8 days or more notice; your ticket(s) can be transferred to someone else of your choosing, or rescheduled to a different date and time

2.2.1 If you have purchased a Cheese Board(s) with your class booking this will be rescheduled with your class at no charge.

2.3 24 hours - 7 days notice; your ticket(s) can be rescheduled to a different date and time with a $39 pp rebooking fee. This fee must be paid in full to secure your spot in a new class.

2.3.1 This fee also applies if you must isolate due to Covid

2.3.2 If you have purchased a Cheese Board(s) with your booking for your class, an additional $10 per board will apply to reschedule with your class booking

2.4 Less than 24 hours notice; your ticket(s) will be forfeited

2.4.1 This also applies if you must isolate due to Covid

2.4.2 If you have purchased a Cheese Board(s) with your booking for your class this will be forfeited with your booking

3. Your ticket(s) will be forfeited if you do not show up for your class

3.1 If you have purchased a Cheese Board/s with your booking for your class this will be forfeited with your booking

4. We reserve the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not met. Classes will be cancelled and the attendees informed as soon as possible (with no less than 24 hours notice). Contact will be made by email to the purchaser of the ticket(s)

4.1 If a class is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met, a voucher to the amount of the ticket(s) purchased will be given to reschedule your class to a future date/time, or the voucher can be used to purchase cheese making supplies from our online store. Refunds will not be offered in this circumstance.
