What’s more impressive than making your own ricotta ravioli from scratch? If you made that ricotta from scratch too!

Enjoy a glass of aperol spritz on arrival, while we take you through a brief history and theory of making perfect pasta, before getting your hands dirty while mixing, kneading and rolling-out your own pasta dough. While the dough rests, you’ll learn to make your own ricotta using store bought milk.

Finally, fill and seal your ravioli with a mouth-watering spinach and ricotta filling that will leave you weak at the knees.

This is a course for beginners, which will leave you confident in your own ability to whip up pasta and ricotta in your own kitchen.

The best part? Finish the class with a sit down meal and enjoy your own ravioli with a glass of rosé. Take home some extra ravioli and your hand-crafted ricotta (BYO 2 x containers).


Class Class Includes: 

  • A comprehensive beginners ricotta and pasta making course including both the theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.

  • Aperol Spritz on arrival.

  • Apron to use throughout the class

  • A sit down meal (using the ravioli from the class), served with Rosé

  • Recipes

  • Take home your own Ricotta and remaining Ricotta Ravioli

  • Class will run for approximately 2 - 2.5 hours

Terms & Cancellation Policy:
1. No refunds
2. Rescheduling / Rebooking ticket(s)

2.1 Any changes to bookings for classes must be given in writing by email to hello@omnomcheese.com

2.2  8 days or more notice; your ticket(s) can be transferred to someone else of your choosing, or rescheduled to a different date and time

2.2.1 If you have purchased a Cheese Board(s) with your class booking this will be rescheduled with your class at no charge.

2.3 24 hours - 7 days notice; your ticket(s) can be rescheduled to a different date and time with a $39 pp rebooking fee. This fee must be paid in full to secure your spot in a new class.

2.3.1 This fee also applies if you must isolate due to Covid

2.3.2 If you have purchased a Cheese Board(s) with your booking for your class, an additional $10 per board will apply to reschedule with your class booking

2.4 Less than 24 hours notice; your ticket(s) will be forfeited

2.4.1 This also applies if you must isolate due to Covid

2.4.2 If you have purchased a Cheese Board(s) with your booking for your class this will be forfeited with your booking

3. Your ticket(s) will be forfeited if you do not show up for your class

3.1 If you have purchased a Cheese Board/s with your booking for your class this will be forfeited with your booking

4. We reserve the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not met. Classes will be cancelled and the attendees informed as soon as possible (with no less than 24 hours notice). Contact will be made by email to the purchaser of the ticket(s)

4.1 If a class is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met, a voucher to the amount of the ticket(s) purchased will be given to reschedule your class to a future date/time, or the voucher can be used to purchase cheese making supplies from our online store. Refunds will not be offered in this circumstance.
